Here is the solution to make it work.
You have to do the following steps.

- right click on the install starter for the mx tools RtxSetup.exe / Settings / Compatibility

- next steps you find on this screenshot check_comp (done in german version)

After you have change this settings hit apply and ok. that´s it !

Now try again to install and you will see it works.
